First, brief introduction

The LDMC type pulse single machine bag filter is a small bag type dust collector which has been digested and absorbed the advantages of the same kind of domestic and foreign products. It has adopted a pulse guide jet cleaning method, which has good cleaning effect, high purification efficiency, large air volume, long life of filter bag, small maintenance work and running safety. It can be widely used in the dust removal and purification of non fibrous and fine dry industrial dust in all kinds of industrial and mining enterprises, such as the top of the powder storage, the base belt and the building materials, the mine, the chemical industry, the metallurgy, the iron and steel, the electric power and so on.

The LDMC pulse bag dust collector uses high pressure (0.3~0.4MPa) high flow pulse valve filter bag to blow the ash cleaning technology. Compared with other single machine in China, it has the characteristics of large ash clearing and kinetic energy and high efficiency of ash cleaning. Small size, light weight, simple and compact structure, easy installation and convenient maintenance.

Two. Equipment structure

On the basis of absorbing the original single machine pulse bag filter, the LDMC pulse bag filter has improved the original discharging system and simplified the new type single machine dust removal unit with the structure of the equipment. The improved equipment has the characteristics of large handling capacity, good cleaning effect and convenient operation and maintenance, compared with the mechanical vibrator top dust collector. The work noise is small, the filter bag has long service life, no mechanical movement wear parts and so on. It is applicable to the top of all kinds of powder storage storage. It is used to capture all kinds of fine dry non fibrous dust.

This series of dust remover can be divided into two types: standard belt ash bucket type A and open flange type (no ash hopper) B type. Its structure is mainly composed of filter chamber, filter bag, net gas chamber, ash collecting bucket, lock air discharging valve, pulse ash cleaning device, control system and so on. All of the boxes are welded steel structure.

Three. The principle of work

The dust air enters the middle of the dust collector box under the dust collector, and the coarser particle dust falls into the ash bin after its own gravity downward, and the fine dust is adsorbed on the outer wall of the filter bag through various effects. The purified air filtered through the filter bag is discharged through the venturi tube into the upper box from the outlet of the air outlet and is adsorbed on the outer wall of the filter bag. With the growth of time, the dust becomes thicker and thicker, and the resistance of the precipitator increases gradually, and the amount of gas treated decreases. In order to keep the dust collector in an effective working state and keep the pressure loss within a certain range, it is necessary to remove ash accumulated outside the bag wall.

The cleaning process is made by the control instrument, which is required to send instructions to each electromagnetic pulse valve according to the requirements. The valve is opened in turn and the high pressure air is blown in order to each group of bags. The compressed air inside the air bag passes through the venturi tube through the hole of the blowpipe and enters the filter bag (called the first wind), while the high speed air flowing through the blowout passes through the venturi tube - In the instant of the ejector, the ambient air that is several times the primary air is induced to enter the bag at the same time (called the two wind). Because of the strong reverse flow into the bag which is formed by the one or two winds opposite to the filtered air, the filter bag makes a sharp contraction - expansion contraction, and the reverse effect of the air flow in a flash.
